Heels for Hope 2017

It’s time to get your heels on! Walk a mile with us to stomp out sexual violence.

Saturday, April 1, 2017
10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
at Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge (Omaha Side)

HDAS and DIAA are partnering together to fundraise for emergency funds for survivors and victims of sexual assault.

Join DIAA & HDAS and walk a mile in heels at the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge to raise awareness for sexual assault. A large number of Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind Individuals have experienced violence and many do not realize this is an issue affecting the Deaf Community. Heels for Hope is a great way to show support for those in our community and give them resources for help.

Participants must provide their own heels (Consignment stores are a great way to purchase them for $1.00 or less!)

Tickets: $40 at the door  |  Children 10 and younger FREE

Registration available on day of the event, but a t-shirt is not guaranteed.
